Before the Shahada
One becomes a Muslim by reciting the canned prayer (the shahada) that there is one God and Muhammad is his messenger. Yet Muslims claim Abraham, Moses and Jesus were Muslims. How did they claim Muhammad was God's messenger when he had not yet been born? There is no record of a shahada of Abraham, or a shahada of Moses. Jesus had no shahada, nor did he pray to a stone in Mecca. Muhammad's shahada sounds like poppycock to me.

Al-Aqsa Mosque
Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem?
The Quran claims that Muhammad made a night journey from Al-Haram (Mecca) to Al-Aqsa (the furthest mosque) Surah 17:1. This presents a problem for several reasons. The present day Al-Aqsa mosque is in Jerusalem near the Dome of the Rock, when in fact Jerusalem is found nowhere in the Quran. Secondly, there was no mosque here during the days of Muhammad. This mosque was built in AD 715 nearly a hundred years after Muhammad. In modern copies of the Quran Jerusalem is often added to Surah 17:1 to strengthen the validity of the tale.

Islamic votes in Jordan, Mormania
New mosque being built in Jordan, Utah got some visitors
When we showed up with signs highlighting Islam as being a cult November 15, 2019 it did not take long to get the attention of the locals here in the rat race of Salt Lake valley. The project is located on a very busy four lane road. After about an hour we were confronted by a guy claiming to be the general contractor as we were putting our signs back in our car. The contractor, who did not give his name, wanted to know if we had a permit to protest. So he started out pushing a lie and it went down hill from there. He claimed this project has already been a security nightmare and our signs were only going to make things worse. He tried to convince us that this was not the Islam that everyone hears about in the news, this is an American mosque where the woman were on the same level as men, blah, blah, blah. Whenever we tried to talk he would interrupt us claiming we were not listening to him. He was not a bit interested in the history of Islam or about the message of the Quran. He said that his father was an ex-Mormon and he had been raised as a Christian. So, now he is building Utah's larges Muslim mosque. How does this work that a supposed Christian builds a mosque for one of history's worst enemies? A bit like inviting in the Devil to keep the heating bill down. These are the kind of people who built projects for the Nazis. What is next, camps to house us infidels while we wait for our turn for the gas ovens? It all creates jobs. What could possibly go wrong?
For the record, we have first amendment rights in America
so we are not a bit intimidated by people

Imam Shuaib Din from Dewsbury, England got his education in Islamic studies at the Dar ul Uloom in Pakistan. He has some history in Salt Lake dating back before he was pressured out of another mosque in the valley. In 2007 the Salt Lake Tribune reported that he was served a protection order related to marital problems and Islamic Society of Greater Salt Lake asked him to leave. He apparently went to Chicago for a time but now he is back at this new female friendly mosque in Jordan.

Twin Falls Masjid Qibla
Notice the Qibla direction as designated by the carpet facing the corner of the room. Muslims must face Mecca when praying therefore in this case the mosque is on a small piece of property that did not allow for the building to be built with a qibla wall facing the proper direction therefore the carpet was installed to accommodate the direction of prayer.
There has been an ongoing debate over this issue because mosques built around the world have not always agreed as to where Mecca is. Early mosques built faced in the general direction of Jerusalem or more specifically Petra, whereas later mosques faced the sacred black rock which is housed in the Ka'aba in Mecca of Saudi Arabia. Mosques built later in Spain and north Africa simply faced south slightly east but not in the direction of Mecca. This pattern also applies to the graves of Muslims because they are traditionally buried lying on their right side facing Mecca or in line with the local qibla.

Muhammad's birthday
Mawlid an-Nabi
(Muhammad's birthday)
The date of Muhammad's birth is uncertain however many years after his death, following the tradition of celebrating the birth of Christ, Muslims dreamed up a date which has come to be a recognized date for many, but not all. The Wahhadi sect from Saudi Arabia forbids such celebrations. In 2019 it is celebrated starting the evening of the November 9th through the 10th. Turkey has made the event a national holiday following Ottoman tradition. It is a common festival among Sufi Muslims as well.Wednesday, October 16, 2019
Muslim health CAIR
Planned Parenthood unites with Tri-Cities Islamic Center
and others for health CAIR
Tri-cities, Washington. So, would you put your trust in a Muslim doctor who believes the Quran which says to treat the people of the book (Jews and Christians) with harshness until they are subdued?
(Notice the Muslim names in the list of speakers)

More Muslim claims
Muslims displayed this photo at a rally I attended
in Washington D.C. 2002
suggesting signs of Islam in early America
The Muslim claim is deceptive however because this finger pointed to heaven is found on many headstones in early America and most were devout Christians. I took the photo below in a cemetery at Port Gamble, WA.Even the Mormons have used the pointing finger as this one on the wall of the Tabernacle in St. George, Utah
