Boise Muslims reject Christmas Greeting 2011

The follow statement is from a Boise Mosque

Can a muslim celebrate a non muslim holiday like Christmas?
Praise be to Allaah.Greeting the kuffaar on Christmas and other religious holidays of theirs is haraam, by consensus, as Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allaah have mercy on him, said in Ahkaam Ahl al-Dhimmah: "Congratulating the kuffaar on the rituals that belong only to them is haraam by consensus, as is congratulating them on their festivals and fasts by saying ‘A happy festival to you’ or ‘May you enjoy your festival,’ and so on. If the one who says this has been saved from kufr, it is still forbidden. It is like congratulating someone for prostrating to the cross, or even worse than that. It is as great a sin as congratulating someone for drinking wine, or murdering someone, or having illicit sexual relations, and so on. Many of those who have no respect for their religion fall into this error; they do not realize the offensiveness of their actions. Whoever congratulates a person for his disobedience or bid’ah or kufr exposes himself to the wrath and anger of Allaah."Congratulating the kuffaar on their religious festivals is haraam to the extent described by Ibn al-Qayyim because it implies that one accepts or approves of their rituals of kufr, even if one would not accept those things for oneself. But the Muslim should not aceept the rituals of kufr or congratulate anyone else for them, because Allaah does not accept any of that at all, as He says (interpretation of the meaning):"If you disbelieve, then verily, Allaah is not in need of you, He likes not disbelief for His slaves. And if you are grateful (by being believers), He is pleased therewith for you. . ."[al-Zumar 39:7]". . . This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islaam as your religion . . ." [al-Maa’idah 5:3]So congratulating them is forbidden, whether they are one’s colleagues at work or otherwise.

Harvard, Georgetown & Islam

Saudi Prince buys American University

Both Harvard and Georgetown University each received $20 million donations from a Saudi Prince in 2005. And both universities named a new program on Islamic studies after the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal. The University named after “Christian” John Harvard now supports the publishing of Muslim kid stories. Amin G. Aaser co-founder and author of Noor (Light) Kids claims “I am a Muslim because of September 11th”. He and his brother Mohammed, graduate of Harvard Business school, pitched their Noor Kids books idea to the Harvard Business School and won a sponsorship. So now their second book “Noor Kids go to Hajj” is on the market. This is pure proselytizing propaganda because the only way one can go on the Hajj is to become a Muslim.

Dr. Steve Niva and the Imam

When Dr. Steve Niva came to WSU Richland, WA Nov. 14, 2011 to give his public talk on “How the demand for democracy, not facebook, is changing the middle east today” he shared the platform with local Muslim Imam, Dr. Hassan Ziada. Most of what Niva shared was nothing more than what we can glean from the news and the internet, it came with a middle eastern twist however. Like in Muslim countries the Muslims made a stink about our camera's presence and soon we were shut down. Dr. Niva's statement was that he wanted to control his public image. So now you have only our word for what happened because like in most totalitarian countries cameras were not allowed.

The reality of the Arab uprising has much to do with freedom of speech, facebook and other forms of internet media yet the supposed noble quest for democracy is what was given most the attention.

While I am sure Dr. Ziada (from Egypt) meant well with his usual “harmony among all religions” spiel, he conveniently ignored the fact that Coptic churches have been the target of firebombs and violence in Egypt for years.

Muslim Media Propaganda

The Sultan and the Saint 2017

“On a Wing and a Prayer” an award winning Muslim film produced by a studio in Bellingham WA, and promoted by Unity Productions Foundation a Muslim movie company founded by Michael Wolfe, was picked up by PBS in 2008. It is being used like other UPF films to defuse criticism of Islam in America. It is shown around the country sponsored by Muslims and liberal civic and religious leaders. The film tells the story of an American Muslims struggle to get his pilots license amidst scrutiny from the FBI and general public. Behind this media blitz is Peaceful Communications, a non-profit corporation established in 2005 in Washington State. On the board of directors we see Shaukat A. Gaziani who has served as a member of CAIR in Dallas, as well as Matthew Mengerink, a convert to Islam who has been a Director of Technical Strategist at PayPal (an eBay company), an executive role at Youtube and Uber, and more recently as the trustee of Bayan (Claremont University), which promotes Islamic values in an interfaith environment. Other names are producers Monem Salam and Hesham A. Hassaballa, director Max Kaiser (Hand Crank Films of Bellingham), Adil Asaduddin, Md, Moazzam Ahmed, Rizwan O. Jaka and Iman Salam.

PBS as well as many liberal Christian churches got involved in promoting the 2017 production by Unity Production's docudrama "The Sultan and the Saint" which tells a story of Saint Francis of Assisi and Sultan Malek as-Kamil coming together to bring an end to the Crusades.  For the sake of interfaith propaganda it is referred to as one of the great stories of history.  The implication is that Islam and Christianity can work together for peace.  The great warlord Muhammad apparently never got the memo, nor has his followers, because we continue to fight against Muslim jihadis to this day.
